Senior Business Development Manager
Black Diamond is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our virtualization and storage practice as we expand into the Indianapolis market. This position will be located in Indianapolis, IN.
The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated and dedicated Sales "Hunter" with a proven track record of success. The candidate must also have experience working with C-level executives and be adept at working with complex selling cycles.
Prior experience with virtualization and/or data storage is a MUST.
Compensation will be based on an aggressive base-plus-commission structure, and includes a generous benefits package with premium BC/BS medical, dental coverage, life insurance, paid vacation, and a substantial retirement earnings plan.
Requirements:
- Accomplished Sales "Hunter"
- 5-7 years IT solution sales experience
- 2-3 years IT virtualization and/or storage sales experience
- $125k+ earning history (2006 & 2007)
- College degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player
